I am a photographer living in Dorset in the UK.   My interest in photography started at school and in my final year took photography as a choice subject.  I gained  a good grounding in Black & White film photography including dark room processing.

I purchased my first digital SLR camera in 2005, a Canon  20d and was able to indulge my  passion for wildlife.  Since 2005 I have photographed a large number of subjects from birds and animals in the wild and captivity to landscapes.  I currently use a Canon 7d mk 11 with a variety olens.

In September 2013 I joined Shaftesbury Camera club and started competing in club competitions and National and international photographic salons.  Since then have had a number of sucesses in both.  In June 2014 I gained was awarded the LRPS distinction with the Royal Photographic Society.

Whilst taking photographs I also Introducing Borisdiscovered that I had a great love of Amphibians and Reptiles and was able to take a number of images of these amazing creatures  with the help of Angi Nelson and I am also now the proud owner of two White's tree frogs and two Amazon Milk frogs which I reared from tiny babies.
